Musa who currently plays in Turkey is no doubt one of the richest Nigerian players considering what the former Premier League star has made and still making through football.
There have been reports by Nigerian reporters on social media that Kingsley Obiekwu is currently working as a taxi driver as means of livelihood before it got to the notice of Ahmed Musa.
According to the report on Premium Times and The Nation, Ahmed Musa was touched after reading updates about Kingsley Obiekwu and decided to support him financially.

Kingsley Obiekwu never played in Europe as the defender was a lord in the Nigerian Football League featuring for clubs like Enugu Rangers and Udoji United before he retired.
And after retiring from playing, Kingsley Obiekwu moved into coaching, but things have not been rosy in his coaching career, which made him turn taxi driver.
