With the game safely locked away as Stellenbosch led 6-2, Andries received the ball in his own half before advance it forward into the Foxes' territory. Spotting goalkeeper Kelechi Chibueze of his line, he daringly shot from just before the halfway line. Chibueze desperately backtracked towards the goals, getting a right hand onto the ball while flailing helplessly. This only served to make the goal look more spectacular than it would have been.
Andries was born on 24 February 2003. He made his professional debut at the age of 18 years old, recently becoming The Maroon's youngest-ever goalscorer in the DStv Premiership. Significantly, he also captained South Africa's under-20 national team during the 2023 U20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, where Amajita finished in third place.
