Now, as the Royal AM chairman tries to force his way into coach Khabo Zondo's plans, he intends to do looking good.
Mpisane posted to Instagram about a fresh pair of boots that were given to him by sports apparel company, Puma.
Earlier this season, he made an infamous cameo appearance off the bench for Thwihli Thwahla as they defeated Kaizer Chiefs in the Macufe Cup, his only game thus far this campaign.

MaMkhize and Mpisane have a ball
Shauwn Mkhize and Andile Mpisane have been rather busy on social media. The mother and son duo, the owner of Royal AM and the CEO respectively, were on the opposite ends of the spectrum sports-wise for a change on their respective Instagram pages.
MaMkhize nailed her colours to the mast as far as who she supports in the NBA, enjoying a single game of basketball decked out in the colours of the Atlanta Hawks.
Elsewhere, Mpisane was snapped hard at work in training with Thwihli Thwahla. His fluctuating fortunes as CEO-slash-player have always been a source of interest for observers.
