- Erling Haaland's agent has confirmed that the Manchester City star has future plans that involve Real Madrid
- Haaland has, in the past, been linked with a move to the record Champions League winners
- Real Madrid are also still believed to be interested in PSG star Kylian Mbappe
Real Madrid could be presented with an opportunity to sign both Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland in the coming years.
Haaland, who is barely a season into his five-year contract at Manchester City, has already set an exit plan in motion with Real Madrid, understood to be his ideal destination.
This was confirmed by his agent Rafaela Pimenta who talked up the attractiveness of playing for a club of Madrid's stature.
"There's the Premier League and then there's also Madrid. They have something of their own that is also the dream of the players. Madrid keeps this magic going. They don't have the weekly competitions, but they have the Champions League," as quoted by BBC Sports.

Why Haaland joined Man City
Pimenta also disclosed that Haaland wanted to join Manchester City due to the allure of working with Pep Guardiola and to follow in his father's footsteps, who also played for the club.
The Brazilian lawyer/agent went on to reveal how she and her clients set up plans for their careers.
There have been past rumours of Haaland having a clause in his Manchester City contract that will allow him to join Real Madrid in 2024. Guardiola vehemently denied the existence of such a clause.
Mbappe to Madrid
Madrid will also be keeping tabs on Mbappe despite the heartbreak of not landing him last summer. The French star signed a new bumper contract in Paris, but that has not stopped the rumour mill from predicting his next club.
Serie A winger delivers bad transfer news to Chelsea and Arsenal
FootballHe recently talked about AC Milan at the FIFA Awards, but there is a feeling joining Madrid is still his preferable option. The Los Blancos are currently looking at Karim Benzema's replacements, with the reigning Ballon d'Or winner approaching the end of an illustrious career.
Haaland praises Mbappe
Sports Brief had earlier reported that Manchester City striker Erling Haaland believes Kylian Mbappe is 'one of the best' players in the modern era.
Both Mbappe and Haaland have been tipped to take over the football mantle from Al-Nassr forward, Cristiano Ronaldo and Paris Saint-Germain playmaker Lionel Messi.
The pair have not looked back since bursting onto the scene as teenage prodigies, smashing records at will. Recently, Mbappe etched his name in PSG folklore, becoming the joint all-time top scorer of the club by equaling Edinson Cavani's club record of 200 goals.
