Sports Brief earlier reported that Al-Nassr have clarified the details of their contract with Ronaldo, denying claims his deal involves helping with Saudi Arabia's 2030 World Cup bid.

The Portuguese star signed a lucrative deal with the Riyadh-based side after a tumultuous end to his Man United career, and many rumours have been circulating about his huge contract.

It was first alleged that there was a clause allow the veteran striker to return to the Premier League, if Newcastle qualified for the UEFA Champions League.
