  • Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard does seem not to be in good terms with veteran Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti after a troubled season
  • Ancelotti has not started Hazard in all of Real Madrid’s games since September 6 following the Belgian’s poor form for Los Blancos
  • The Belgium international’s days at the Bernabeu look to be numbered after a hugely disappointing spell in Spain since he joined from Chelsea back in 2019

Eden Hazard and Carlo Ancelotti are definitely on different lanes this season at Real Madrid after a turbulent start to the season for the Belgian winger.

The 31-year-old winger has been relegated to the bench by Ancelotti following his struggles with injuries and poor form this season and that has not gone down well with Hazard.

Real Madrid are already looking for a means to get rid of the 31-year-old winger who has scored just seven goals since joining the club from Chelsea in 2019.

Los Blancos appear to have given up on Hazard at this point and may let the winger leave after the Qatar-hosted FIFA World Cup in 2022.

Hazard set for EPL return

Meanwhile, Eden Hazard could be set for a return to the English Premier League as Newcastle United are ready to snap up the Belgian winger in the winter transfer window.

Former club, Chelsea are also believed to be considering re-signing the 31-year-old who has had a miserable few years in Spain with Real Madrid, Caught Offside reports.

Hazard was a world-class performer during his time in the Premier League with Chelsea, scoring 110 goals in 352 matches for the Blues.

Real Madrid threatens to terminate Hazard’s contract

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Eden Hazard could be on the verge of leaving Real Madrid as early as January, as the Spanish club is reportedly fed up with the Belgian’s continuous injury problems.

Hazard has struggled to replicate his best form for the Spanish champions since making a club-record move worth €115million from Chelsea in 2019.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has lost faith in Hazard and believes the former Blues star has zero signs of improvement this season.
