Ex-Real Madrid shot-stopper Jerzy Dudek has made controversial claims about Lionel Messi and Barcelona, a few days before the first instalment of El Clasico.
Dudek, who spent four seasons with Los Blancos, labelled the now-Paris Saint-Germain forward as a 'provocative' character.
The retired Poland international intimated that Leo Messi's calm appearance is in sharp contrast with the words that come out of his mouth.
Taking a trip down memory lane in his autobiography, Dudek recalled how provocative Lionel Messi was during his over two-decade spell with Barcelona.

"He was very provocative, as were Barcelona and their manager Pep Guardiola. They were always ready to annoy you and many times they managed it perfectly," Dudek said as quoted by MARCA.
The 49-year-old added: "I've seen and listened to Messi saying very rude things to Pepe and Ramos that you can't even think about. Imagine what can come out of the mouth of a person who seems so calm and friendly."
Dudek joined Real Madrid from Liverpool - after helping the Reds clinch the Champions League in dramatic circumstances - in the summer of 2007.
He failed to get game time under his belt due to the presence of Iker Casillas, featuring in just 12 games for Los Blancos.

Dudek's Madrid enjoyed little success in matches against FC Barcelona, with the Blaugrana winning six, drawing twice and losing twice in eight games between 2007 and 2011, reports Barca Universal.
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Lionel Messi is regarded as one of the world’s greatest players, but the Argentine star is not really revered by Real Madrid supporters.
