Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti is not ruling out Atletico Madrid’s chances of winning the 2022/23 La Liga title despite a slow start to the season.

“La Liga title contenders? Barcelona are doing really well and so are we. It’s going to be a more competitive league season than the previous one.
"Atletico haven’t had the best of starts, but it’s a strange season. We don’t know what will happen after the World Cup and what has happened to Atletico could happen to us or to Barcelona after the tournament."
Real Madrid and Barcelona are 1st and 2nd on the La Liga table with 18 and 15 points respectively while Atletico Madrid are placed 7th with 10 points from their opening 6 matches.
