Mbappe's goal against Marseille was a complete replica of his strike against Messi's Argentina in the Grand Finale of the World Cup.
While the Messi-Mbappe combo helped PSG exact revenge on Marseille after their French Cup loss against the same opposition, the duo also achieved personal feats.

Mbappe, on the other hand, became PSG's all-time top scorer with 200 goals, drawing level with Edinson Cavani.

Mbappe's strike erased Argentina's 2-0 lead, sending the game to extra time, where he scored again before agonizingly losing on penalties to his PSG teammate.
