Paris Saint-Germain has seen their chances boosted ahead of the UEFA Champions League clash against Bayern Munich, with the return of Kylian Mbappe.
The French star suffered a hamstring injury in a Ligue 1 game in early February and was initially ruled out of the round of 16 tie against the Bundesliga champions.
The 24-year-old had missed PSG’s Ligue 1 defeat to Monaco last weekend, but there is a tiny hope he could be fit enough to face Bayern after he was spotted in PSG training on Sunday.
The French forward joined a small group of players, with the majority of the squad involved in a recovery session after the club’s agonising 3-1 defeat to Monaco, Goal reports.

Mbappe is currently PSG’s top scorer in the Champions League and Christophe Galtier will be hoping the 24-year-old is fit enough for the crunch game against Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, Messi has also resumed training with PSG as the French giants prepare to tackle Bayern Munich in the Champions League, Get French Football News reports.
The Argentine had sustained a hamstring issue in the Coupe de France defeat to Marseille, which saw him miss the trip down to Monaco last weekend.
