Meanwhile, two teams in the Saudi Arabian league are desperate to sign Lionel Messi with speculations of payments that would surpass what Cristiano Ronaldo receives at Al Nassir.
According to Marca, Al-Hilal and Al Itihad are the teams that have asked for help from the Saudi Arabia government to be able to make the offer.
