Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe was reportedly promised that Robert Lewandowski will join him at Parc des Princes during his contract renewal negotiations.
Mbappe signed a mega 3-year deal with the French champions this summer, snubbing an initial verbal agreement with Real Madrid for a potential deal.
It emerged that the 23-year-old's new deal included special player perks and he was able to have a say in sporting matters.
Per sports journalist Romain Molina, new signings were discussed before Mbappe renewed his contract at Parc des France.

Molina disclosed that PSG promised to sell Neymar and sign Lewandowski after he wanted out at Bayern Munich.
However, he ended up joining Barcelona and has scored 14 goals in 12 games for the Blaugrana.
The French champions also wanted to sign Bernardo Silva but the Portuguese decided to stay put at Manchester City.
Per Molina, PSG also failed in their attempt to sign Milan Skrniar from Inter Milan.
Kylian Mbappe seeks PSG exit in January
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe will seek to leave Paris Saint-Germain as early as January 2023 following his broken relationship with the French champions, ESPN reports.
This comes just five months after Mbappe signed a new contract with PSG, with reports saying the 23-year-old forward feels at odds with the club's direction on and off the pitch.

FootballPSG is yet to officially comment on the latest debacle with Mbappe, but sources have said the Ligue 1 champions want to keep the 2018 World Cup winner and intend to resolve the situation.
Mbappe to Choose Between Liverpool or Real Madrid
Sports Brief earlier reported that the future of Kylian Mbappe is still unsettled as the French forward is apparently closer to leaving Paris Saint-Germain five months after signing a mega deal with the Ligue 1 champions.
Mbappe appears disgruntled with the PSG hierarchy and the forward also shares a strained relationship with Brazilian Neymar as the Parisians’ dressing room looks divided.
According to the Daily Mirror, Mbappe remained tight-lipped as to where he will be playing next season when he was asked to choose between Liverpool or Real Madrid at a charity event.
