The 30-year-old defensive midfielder's initial contract with his former side was set to expire at the end of June, with the player free to sign for a club of his choice. He appeared in 35 matches for Gallants in 35 matches last season in the DStv Premiership, Nedbank Cup and CAF Confederations Cup, scoring one goal.
