Rashford sparks injury fears

Despite Man United's thrilling win, the result was overshadowed by a sense of fear, after Rashford seemed to have picked an injury after being elbowed in the chest.

The England international, who has been in brilliant form since the World Cup, had to be replaced after 57 minutes of action, with youngster Alejandro Garnacho taking his place.

Speaking on the injury fears, ten Hag insisted Rashford was okay and that his substitution had nothing to do with the supposed injury.

"We had already planned the substitute. Marcus Rashford did his job and scored another goal, so we were in a good position," Ten Hag told Sky Sports when quizzed about Rashford's elbow incident.
"Alejandro Garnacho is really hungry to play games and to get minutes and also to come into the team," the Dutchman added.
