The 37-year-old was unforgiving in the interview with Piers Morgan, dropping several shocking revelations about Manchester United, Erik ten Hag and Wayne Rooney. He also launched an astonishing attack on ex-United interim boss Ralf Rangnick.

Rangnick was appointed to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was sacked in late November last year after a terrible start to the season, which saw them lose 5-0 to Liverpool and 4-1 to Watford, according to the Guardian.

Ronaldo rips into Rangnick
In the interview, Ronaldo revealed he was baffled that the club decided to hire the former RB Leipzig coach, according to the Daily Mail.
"After Ole, they bring in sport directive Ralf Rangnick, which is something nobody understands. This guy is not even a coach. A big club like Manchester United bringing in a sport directive surprised not only me but all the world. 'If you’re not even a coach, how are you going to be the boss of Manchester United? I’d never even heard of him."
