According to the Mirror, the mother of the autistic fan, Sarah Kelly asked the FA to hand out a more severe punishment to the Portuguese star, saying he can't keep getting away with his 'unacceptable behaviour'.
Video footage appeared to show Ronaldo slapping a mobile phone out of a fan's hand as he made his way to the changing room.
Kelly wants genuine apology from Ronaldo
Kelly said that her 14-year-old son endured distress from the incident and hasn't had his phone back.
Let's hope he finally gets the right punishment. He can't keep getting away with it. His behaviour is unacceptable.
I'm being hounded by people saying I'm dragging it up again but I didn't know anything about it. He should have been dealt with six months ago. My son talks about what happened to him every day. He still hasn't had his phone back.
After the incident, Ronaldo took to Instagram to apologise to the young supporter but his mother rejected it.
