Former Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has debuted a new bold look after ditching his iconic afro.
For the longest time, the towering Belgian midfielder has been known for his bushy afro that he rocked during his time in the Premier League with Everton and at Old Trafford.
Fellaini took to his Instagram account where he flaunted his new look with blonde highlights.
In one of the photos, the former Belgium international posed with his brother with the caption:
"Sometimes being a brother is even better than being a superhero."
The former United star followed up the post with a second snap with the same hairstyle on the way into a restaurant.
While the new hairstyle left many of his Instagram followers confused, the Daily Star reports that cornrows are nothing new for the footballer.
Fellaini has previously sported a similar hairstyle but without the highlights.

The Belgian is understood to be one of the top earners in China, pocketing an eyewatering £205,000-per-week.
