The 22-year-old wears orange-tinted blue-light glasses in the hours before he sleeps and goes to bed between 22:00 and 22:30 on nights when he does not have late games.
Haaland also turns off all electrical devices a while before he sleeps.
The Norwegian, who described sleep as perhaps the most important thing in his life, also uses an Oura Ring - which measures sleep quality, temperature trends, stress, and heart rate.
These devices apparently serve him well on the pitch and he even has the UEFA Champions League theme as his alarm tone, displaying a love for the competition - he has scored 33 times in 25 games.
