Miguel Almiron thrilled fans on Sunday after giving his matchday shirt to a fan who had a sign with Jack Grealish’s name after the 3-3 draw against Manchester City.
For context, Jack Grealish courted controversy in May when he went on a bizarre taunt of the Newcastle winger while drunk during Man City’s title celebrations.
"Riyad [Mahrez], take him off the pitch, as soon as possible. He played like Almiron." Grealish said at the time in a clip that went viral.
Grealish missed the Sunday clash against the Magpies as he was out with a knock, but Almiron was in his full powers as he found the net as Newcastle held City in a six-goal thriller.

It was Almiron’s strike that levelled matters on Sunday after Manchester City took the lead early on through Ilkay Gundogan.
Callum Wilson and Kieran Trippier then put Newcastle 3-1 up, but the champions mounted a comeback with goals from Erling Haaland and Bernardo Silva in quick succession.
