Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has added further speculation to his Chelsea transfer rumours after reports emerged that he is planning to sell his house.

Sterling looks destined to quit Manchester City this summer with Chelsea the leading contenders for his signature.

The Mirror now reports that Sterling has agreed to sell his house in Cheshire to his international teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold. Cheshire is in the middle of Manchester and Liverpool and would be ideal for Alexander-Arnold.

Sterling's house is understood to be worth 4.5 million euros. The 27-year-old is seemingly planning for life in London as the two clubs continue to work out the finer details of the transfer.

The former Liverpool winger is having concerns over the lack of regular playing time at the Etihad, especially with the World Cup fast approaching.

Pep Guardiola is said to be a big fan of Sterling but he cannot guarantee the English international games. He was regularly on the bench last season but still managed to score 13 goals in the Premier League.

Chelsea has been struggling up front and Tuchel will be hoping Sterling will be the man to unlock his attack.
