Liverpool winger Sadio Mane has hinted he could leave Liverpool this summer.
The Senegalese has played a key part in Liverpool's domestic and continental campaign this season, scoring 23 goals in 50 appearances thus far.
According to Metro UK, his contract with the Reds is set to expire in the summer of 2023, leaving the Merseyside club in danger of losing him on a free transfer next year.
His contract situation has since sparked speculation that Liverpool could cash in on him this summer rather than lose him for free.
Bundesliga giants, Bayern Munich, are understood to be the leading contenders for Mane's services, while Real Madrid have also been linked.
Sadio Mane non-committal to Liverpool's future
Speaking ahead of Liverpool's Champions League final with Real Madrid on Saturday, May 28, in Paris, the 30-year-old hinted at dumping the Jurgen Klopp-tutored side this summer.
When asked directly about a possible move to Bayern, Sky Sports reports that Mane revealed he will provide clarity over his future after the Saturday European showdown.
"I think the question is a very good question, for now, it’ll be difficult for me to answer," Mane said.
"But for sure, I’m very focused on the Champions League. Ask me the question after the Champions League, and I will answer you," he added.
