The agent of Fabrice Ngoma has denied claims that his player has been offered to Kaizer Chiefs.
Rumours have been doing the rounds that the Raja Casablanca player was offered to the Amakhosi once his contract expires in Morocco.
As reported by The Citizen, Ngoma will become a free agent at the end of June and the Amakhosi have been given the first option to sign him.
A source who spoke to the publication said that the only problem with Chiefs signing the player was that they had other players at the club who occupy a similar position.
Chiefs parted ways with nine players recently and have space for more foreign acquisitions. Every Premier Soccer League (PSL) side are only allowed to sign five foreign players.
Ngoma has previously been linked with Kaizer Chiefs as the club were interested in him before he signed for the Moroccan outfit, SABC Sport reported.
The player’s agent, Faustino Mukandila, has denied that he has been offered to the South African side though.
Africa Soccer Update spoke to Mukandila about his client’s status and reported his comment via Twitter.
