Black Stars goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi has been nominated for the best player award in the first round of the Swiss topflight league.
The Ghana international has been in outstanding form for FC St Gallen, who sit third on the league table before the winter break.
Ati Zigi had already been voted player of the month for November following his incredible displays last month. He helped his side to victories over Grasshoppers and FC Sion before the World Cup in Qatar.
The 26-year-old will compete with with Cedric Itten of Young Boys, Servette FC's David Douline, Koro Kone of Yverdon FC and Valon Fazlu of FC Aarau for the award.

Ati-Zigi was Ghana's first-choice goalkeeper at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
