Former captain of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan, was left impressed by Mohammed Salisu's debut display for Ghana in the international friendly against Brazil on Friday night.
The Southampton defender climbed off the bench to help solidify Ghana's defence in the friendly defeat to the Selacaos.
After the game, Asamoah Gyan took to social media to react to the performance of the defender.
Asamoah Gyan posted: "Salisu."

The former Sunderland player was one of many Ghanaian who were happy to see Mohammed Salisu feature for the Black Stars.
"Very good second half for Ghana," added Ghanaian legend.
Meanwhile, the Black Stars were poor in the first half as the Brazilians netted three times to secured a deserving victory.
Marquinhos opened the scoring after heading home a Raphinha corner kick, before Richarlison netted a brace to complete the scoring.
Ghana will next face Nicaragua on Tuesday as preparations continue before the World Cup in Qatar.
