According to former Super Eagles star Tijani Babangida, coach Eguavoen is already facing major selection headache in selecting the right strikers to lead their attack.

He told completesports.com in an interview quoted by Ghanaweb:

"There is no doubt that the current strikers in Super Eagles are not doing badly in Europe.
"This well definitely give Eguavoen a serious headache in terms of who to select to face Ghana. We will qualify if he gets the right strikers to start.

Ademola Lookman's nationality switch has presented Eguavoen with the question of whether he starts instead of in-form Watford striker Emmanuel Denis.

Alternatively, Eguavoen could play the pair alongside Moses Simon and Kelechi Iheanacho in an attacking line-up against the Black Stars.

Other top forwards like Napoli's Victor Osimhen, Odion Ighalo, Sadiq Umar and Samuel Chukwueze are also available for selection.

Nigerian Legend Okocha Sends Strong Warning to Super Eagles

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that former Nigerian international Austin Jay Jay Okocha has stated that any match involving the Super Eagles and the Black Stars of Ghana is always a tough one.

Both teams battle next month for a World Cup ticket and Okocha who faced Ghana on a number of occasions during his playing days said that all that matters is for the team to get the ticket.

The first leg will hold at the Cape Coast Stadium on March 23 before both teams slug it out in the reverse fixture at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja four days later.
