Chelsea boss Graham Potter got a rude welcome on his first return to the Amex Stadium to face his former side, Brighton and Hove Albion.
Potter ditched Brighton for Chelsea seven weeks ago to take over the vacant position left by Thomas Tuchel, who was sacked.
He experienced the worst possible start as his Chelsea side went 2-0 down inside the first 15 minutes. Leandro Trossard scored from a tight angle, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek deflected the ball inside his own net.
Potter's misery was further compounded just before halftime courtesy of another own goal from Trevoh Chalobah.
