ESPN, quoted on Daily Star, reports that both Franck Kessie and Christensen have a clause that will enable them to leave the Nou Camp for free if they are not registered in time for Barca’s first La Liga match.
Barcelona play Rayo Vallecano in their first league game on Saturday, August 13.
This essentially means both Kessie and Christensen could leave the club without playing a competitive game for the club.
As far as Christensen’s social media activity is concerned, the defender also deleted his post announcing the move to Barcelona.
