Antonio Rudiger has reportedly agreed personal terms with Italian Serie A giants Juventus over a summer move from Premier League side Chelsea in what the Blues' fans won't be happy with.
Chelsea chiefs have been trying to make the strong defender commit his future to Stamford Bridge before they were sanctioned by the United Kingdom government.
And with the sanctions imposed on Chelsea, the Blues won't be able to offer players new contract and also unable to register fresh legs.
