Chelsea are facing tough times as a football Club after the Blues were seized from the owner, Roman Abramovich, by the UK government.
The Russian billionaire is considered a close ally to President Vladimir Putin, who had ordered the military invasion of Ukraine.
Following the seizure of Abramovich's assets by the UK authorities, Chelsea Football Club is now being run by the UK government.
According to a report via The Sun, Sportswear manufacturers, Nike is now considering ending their association with the London club.
Chelsea and Nike had agreed to a 15-year, £900million deal back in 2016, but the kit manufacturers are now prepared to walk away from the deal.
If Nike decides to move on from the agreement with the Blues, it could cost Chelsea in excess of £540 million.
Arsenal Target Chelsea players after Blues sanctions
Sponsorships are not the only thing Chelsea appears to be losing at the moment as the London club is plunged into more crisis following the UK government's sanctions.
According to Football London, rivals Arsenal are bidding to wreak more havoc on the Blues squad as the Gunners are targeting three Chelsea players in the summer.
Cesar Azpilicueta, Saul Niguez, and Andreas Christensen have all been identified by the Arsenal hierarchy as ideal candidates for a transfer to the Emirates ahead of next season.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Chelsea are preparing to hold talks with the UK government following the sanctions imposed on club owner Roman Abramovich.
All assets owned by the Russian billionaire in the UK have been frozen, but a special license will allow the club to continue its day-to-day activities.
