The Bayern Munich left-back, who has been out injured, watched his teammates beat Jamaica 4-0 on Sunday as the North Americans qualify for the global showpiece.

Alphonso Davies has been out for months due to an injury he picked while playing for Bayern Munich in Germany, and just started training few days ago as he continues his recuperation.
Despite not being part of the Canadian team, the Ghanaian-born followed as they thrashed Jamaica. Goals from Cyle Larin, Tajon Buchanan, Junior Hoilett and an own goal from Andrian Mariappa ensured they finish top of the North American zone.
How Canada qualified for the World Cup
