- Morata is having an underwhelming season at Juventus, on loan from Atletico Madrid

- Further reports suggest Barca could be willing to include Memphis Depay in the deal to acquire Morata
Barcelona could land Alvaro Morata in the winter transfer window despite already acquiring Ferran Torres, according to stunning new reports.
According to Catalunya Radio, the Catalan giants, who are determined to revamp their squad, have already agreed on personal terms with Morata, currently at Juventus on loan from Atletico Madrid.
The deal however is largely dependent on whether Barcelona will be able to raise funds from the sale of other players in the same transfer window.
Samuel Umtiti, Phillipe Coutinho and Memphis Depay are all names that have been considered for sale by Barcelona in recent weeks.
There are also suggestions that Depay could be involved in the deal to get Morata to the Nou Camp, but no official talks on the same have been done.
Morata has been the modern-day football nomad, having played for a number of high profile clubs across England, Spain and Italy.
His most notable career achievement thus far is winning the Champions League with Real Madrid back in 2017.
He also had a brief spell with Chelsea, before being shipped back to Atletico Madrid which is currently his parent club.
In 386 career matches, Morata has scored 138 goals in all competitions.
At Juventus this season, there have been suggestions that the 29-year old is unhappy under Masimilliano Allegri, and has failed to hit top gear, only netting five times in 18 appearances.
Despite currently playing in the Serie A, it is the La Liga champions Atletico Madrid who will have the final say in whether Morata moves to Barcelona or not.
More recently, Barca and Atletico Madrid have transacted in the transfer market, with the most sensational deals involving Luis Suarez and Antoinne Griezmann moving to the Spanish capital.
