The 35-year-old Argentine icon is set to become a free agent in the summer when his current PSG contract expires and Barcelona has not hidden their intentions to bring him back to Camp Nou.
According to Sportskeeda, Barcelona president, Joan Laporta is set to hold a discussion with Messi after he confirmed he will be meeting with the PSG forward in Paris.

“On Monday, I will see Leo Messi in Paris. The club will honor him because he is the greatest player in history. He is a PSG player and I can’t talk now about Messi’s return.”
Messi is yet to extend his deal with PSG, although the Ligue 1 champions intend on keeping him for at least another season at the Parc des Princes.

Meanwhile, Barcelona defender, Ronald Araujo revealed in a recent interview that he wants Lionel Messi to become a Barcelona player again, Marca reports.
Messi has been linked with a possible return to Camp Nou when he leaves PSG and Araujo wants the Catalans to move swiftly to get the Argentine back to the club.
Araujo is currently living through the bitter side of football after undergoing surgery at the end of last month on the adductor muscle of his right leg.
