Al-Khelaifi questioned whether Barcelona could legally sign so many big-name stars, despite having no money to do so.

“Is this fair? No, it’s not fair. ... Is it legal? I’m not sure,” he said.

He added that if Barcelona could do it, other clubs would surely start doing the same. Al-Khelaifi went on to say that he was sure UEFA would investigate the matter thoroughly.

However, PSG questioning Barca's transfer window activity isn't the only way they are taking shots at the Blaugrana.

Barca Universal reported that PSG's owners are looking to buy La Liga side RCD Espanyol. Espanyol are a Catalan club also based in the Barcelona metropolitan area, and are city rivals to Barca.

According to reports, PSG plan to buy the club and build a team that will be better than Barcelona, making them the new kings of Catalonia.

It’s no secret that Barcelona are desperate to bring Lionel Messi back to the club.

Sports Brief reported that the Argentinian superstar left the Catalan giants for Paris Saint-Germain after Barca could not afford to renew his contract in Spain.

With Messi having just one year left on his current contract in France, the Blaugrana are keen to bring him back to Camp Nou.
