Barcelona star, Raphinha is already boasting of the La Liga team’s quality ahead of the 2022/23 football after walloping MLS outfit, Inter Miami 6-0 in a preseason friendly on Wednesday, July 20.

Raphinha who joined Barcelona this summer after leaving the Premier League side, Leeds United for the Camp Nou, scored one goal and provided two assists in the game.

The 25-year-old has now sent a warning shot to Real Madrid after he boasted the Catalan giants are way better than their La Liga rivals due to the quality currently in the Barcelona squad Goal reports.

"One always tries to score against anyone, but if it's in a derby, even more. The most important thing is the win but for me we're better than Real Madrid.

Barcelona will square up against La Liga champions, Real Madrid in Las Vegas on Sunday, July 24 as they continue their preseason tour of the United States.

Meanwhile, Robert Lewandowski’s move from Bayern Munich to Barcelona is still leaving a bitter taste in the mouth of the 33-year-old’s former employers.

Raphinha fulfills childhood dream and signs for Barcelona

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Brazilian winger Raphinha said Friday that he is "fulfilling a childhood dream" as he was officially presented as a new Barcelona player.

Barca announced Raphinha's arrival after reaching an agreement with Premier League side Leeds United, but without giving details of the length of his contract or the transfer fee.

Local media reported that the Brazilian has signed for five seasons and Barca would pay Leeds around $55 million plus another $15 million in potential add-ons.
