Board member of Asante Kotoko, Evelyn Nsiah-Asare has vowed to walk from Kumasi to Sunyani should the Porcupine Warriors win against archenemy Hearts of Oak by a landslide margin.
The Porcupine Warriors will cross swords with their eternal enemies in the second instalment of the Super Clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium this Sunday.
The first fixture between Ghana's two most glamorous clubs ended in a pulsating goalless draw and with Asante Kotoko currently perched at the summit of the Ghana Premier League, the tie is tilting in favour of the Reds.
However, the Kumasi-based side will be wary of the danger posed by the defending league champions, who overcame Asante Kotoko in the President's Cup last month.
Kotoko has been seeking to avenge the 4-0 pummeling suffered at the hands of the Phobians in 2000 but to no avail.
Sharing her views ahead of the game and rallying support for Kotoko, Mrs Evelyn Nsiah-Asare has made a huge vow.
"I will walk from Kumasi to Sunyani should Asante Kotoko beat Hearts of Oak 4-0 on Sunday," she told Kumasi-based media house Oyerepa FM.
What is the distance from Kumasi to Sunyani?
Kumasi is the regional capital of the Ashanti region and is the home of Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko.
Journeying from Kumasi to Sunyani, the regional capital of the Bono region, lasts for 2 hours and 46 minutes via car.
However, covering the same distance (123.6 kilometres) by foot will last for a whopping 25 hours.
