According to the Frenchman, Jesus lacks the capacity to be a prolific striker for his former side.
While Henry admitted the former City attacker is a key player for Mikel Arteta's side, he contends the former City attacker is incapable of shouldering the goalscoring burden at Arsenal.
"Jesus is a guy who can put more pressure," Henry told CBS via Metro.
"Is he going to be a guy that’s going to score 25-30 goals? No," the legendary striker reckoned.
Henry's assessment of Jesus came when the Arsenal forward's goals have somewhat dried up.
The 25-year-old has gone five games without a goal in all competitions in a worrying run of form.
His wayward finishing came to the fore during Arsenal's 1-1 draw at Southampton over the weekend, where he failed to convert several golden goalscoring chances.
