Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has fired back at Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who had earlier said the Spanish coach can't handle big characters.
Aubameyang acrimoniously exited Arsenal in January this year to join Barcelona after falling out with Arteta. The Gabonese star then joined Chelsea this past summer from Barca.
The war of words between Aubameyang and Arteta continues, with the Arsenal gaffer expressing his love for the dressing room at the Gunners.
Arteta's men have begun the season brilliantly, sitting top of the table with 24 points after winning eight out of nine games in the league this season.

A leaked video showed Aubameyang aiming jibes at Arteta shortly after completing his switch to Barcelona. The video caused outrage among Arsenal fans, who said the Gabonese disrupted team spirit while at Arsenal.
"Big characters and big players...he can't deal with it. He needs some young players who don't say anything," said Aubameyang according to Goal.
However, the new Chelsea striker seemed to apologise in a Tweet praising the Gunners for their terrific season start.
Arteta responds to Aubameyang's jibe
Answering questions ahead of Arsenal's Europa League clash with Bodo/Glimt, Arteta wasn't concerned by Aubameyang's dig, according to the Mirror.
"People are free to discuss what they want."
The Gunner's boss went ahead to laud the atmosphere inside Arsenal's dressing room, in perhaps a subtle dig at Aubameyang.

Aubameyang responds to leaked video
Sports Brief earlier reported on Aubameyang's response to the video that leaked, showing him aiming digs at Arteta.
Aubameyang acknowledged what he said but praised Arsenal for their phenomenal start to the season.
The Gabonese, now at Chelsea, said when the Blues and Arsenal meet next month however, he wants to get one over his former side.
