Arsenal chiefs have been reportedly left disappointed after Italian giants Fiorentina offered the sum of £6m to sign Lucas Torreira which the Gunners considered as too low.
The 26-year-old Uruguayan midfielder recently completed a successful season on loan at Fiorentina and the club's chiefs want him to remain in Italy on a permanent basis.
Last season, Fiorentina finished on 7th position on the final League table which has helped them to qualify for the Europa Conference League.
And according to the reports in the UK Sun and Metro, Fiorentina egghead Vincenzo Italiano wants to keep Lucas Torreira at the club.
The reports added that those in charge of Arsenal were not happy with the offer Fiorentina tabled to have Lucas Torreira on a permanent deal.
