Ghanaian footballers have taken to social media to wish their friends, family and fans a Merry Christmas with some lovely photos and messages.
Notable among these players are Christian Atsu and Alexander Djiku's Christmas post as the world celebrates the birth of Christ.
In photos posted on Twitter, sighted by SportsBrief, it was all joy and merry making by some Ghanaian footballer.
Christian Atsu posted a lovely photo of his family, his three adorable children beside a Christmas tree.
"Merry Christmas to everyone," he wrote.
"Happy Holidays to all. Enjoy your loved ones and these beautiful family moments," Djiku added.
Razak Brimah, former Ghana goalie wrote," Merry Christmas to all azillilos."
Frank Acheampong also wrote, "Hello everyone, Mr. Santa Claus is here to make you smile in this festive season."
He went on to urge Ghanaian to celebrate the period by buying Asamoah Gyan's Paradise Pac water.
"In this festive season, the best gift you can give your loved one is Paradise Pac Natural Drinking water. Let's drink pure & live more!," he added.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian football giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko also took to Twitter to celebrate with their fans.
"From everyone at the club, we say Merry Christmas. Let's meet on the mountains tomorrow for the party," wrote Dreams FC.
