Thomas Tuchel let out a laugh when he was asked if would become manager of Premier League side Tottenham in the future like Antonio Conte did.
The German gaffer was full of praise of the Italian manager during his press brief ahead of the Blues' league fixture against Burnley.
The 48-year-old said that Conte would make Spurs a difficult team to beat in the English topflight division and that he record speaks well for him.
"Of course, it’s good news for Premier League.
"[Conte] is of the best managers in the world... look at his record, look at his titles.
"He will make it super tough to play against Tottenham, I’m absolutely sure."
What Tuchel said about taking Spurs job like Conte
This led to the question of if he would one day take a job with their London rivals. Tuchel laughed hysterically and took time to compose himself and said:
“I have enough to do here.
“I’m happy where I am."
Chelsea have already travelled to Tottenham this season, securing a 3-0 win in the league game.
Conte will make his return to Chelsea, this time as Tottenham boss, in January, when the two sides meet again in a reverse fixture.
Conte wins in first game in charge of Spurs
In his first game in charge, Antonio Conte oversaw his side claim a crucial 3-2 win over Vitesse in the Europa Conference League.
Spurs nearly blew a three-goal lead after initially setting themselves up nicely in the first half thanks to goals from Son Heung Min, Lucas Moura and an own goal from Vitesse’s Jacob Vandsø Rasmussen.

FootballIn a game that saw three red cards, Vitesse did well to pull two goals back but it was too little too late for the Dutch side, who finished the game with nine men.
Speaking after the game, Conte was the first to admit that Tottenham had loads of room to up their game.
"In my opinion and my mind there is a lot of space for improvement for this team, in every single player," Conte told BT Sport.
