Lionel Messi is on the verge of joining Paris Saint Germain after reportedly agreeing a deal with the French giants.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, as well as BBC Sport columnist Guillem Balague. confirmed the deal adding that the Argentine will earn around €35 million (KSh 4.4 billion) net per season including add ons.
"It's all been confirmed. Lionel Messi is going to be a PSG player," Balague said on BBC Radio 5.
The French League giants have an option to extend the contract of the six-time Ballon d'Or winner by a year until the summer of 2024.
Messi, who said his emotional goodbyes to his teammates at Camp Nou will now fly to Paris in the next hours to undergo a medical and finalise the deal.
The 2021 Copa America winner will now reunite with Neymar who also joined PSG in a world record fee worth over €200 million in 2017.
Both players inspired Barca to their last Champions League glory in 2015 and their alliance could see them guide the Parisians to their first European glory.
