Man United have announced the club's squad players that have made the trip to Gdansk, Poland, to face Villarreal in the Europa League final.

United booked a place in the final of the European competition after seeing off AS Roma in the semi-finals.

The side, who ended the domestic season without a silverware now stand a golden chance to crown their campaign with a trophy when they take on the La Liga giants on Wednesday, May 26.

Surprisingly, Harry Maguire, who is understood to be nursing a ligament injury is part of the travelling party.

The Red Devils skipper will be hoping to be fit enough to feature in the clash having missed the previous four.

Axel Tuanzebe, Eric Bailly, and Victor Lindelof who have competed for the two centre-back spots in recent fixtures have all travelled to Poland.

The only noticeable absentee in the 26-man squad is Anthony Martial who is currently battling an injury.

Martial appeared as a substitute during the 2017 Europa League final victory in Stockholm.

His place has since been taken up by youngsters Amad Diallo and Anthony Elanga, both of who featured in the final match of the season against Wolves.

Defenders: Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Alex Telles, Axel Tuanzebe, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Brandon Williams

Midfielders: Amad, Bruno Fernandes, Fred, Daniel James, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic, Scott McTominay, Paul Pogba, Donny van de Beek

Forwards: Edinson Cavani, Anthony Elanga, Mason Greenwood, Marcus Rashford, Shola Shoretire
