- The Blues are said to have placed Ruben Neves top on their transfer wishlist for January

Chelsea have reportedly entered the race to sign Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves ahead of the January transfer window.
The move is said to have been informed by the Blues' recent dip in form that has hampered their title hopes.
The west Londoners have dropped points against Wolves, Everton, and West Ham to fall six points behind league leaders, Man City.
As a result of this, Daily Mail reports Thomas Tuchel has decided to bolster his midfield options by adding Neves to his ranks to revive Chelsea's title dreams.
According to the publication, the Stamford Bridge dwellers have registered interest in the Wolves star after they were impressed with his performances at Molineux.
However, they will have to fork out £38m to stand any chance of landing Neves, with the midfielder still left with two-and-a-half years on his current deal at Molineux.
Tuchel is believed to be willing to splash the money on the midfielder especially after N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, and Mateo Kovacic missing crucial matches this season through injury.
Loss of faith in summer recruit Saul Niguez after the Spaniard struggling to make a major impact since his arrival is also understood to have contributed to the need to sign Neves.
It remains unclear if Wolves boss Bruno Lage would be willing to let go Neves after recently underscoring the player's influential role in his squad.
