Although Spartak Moscow did not win the encounter against FK Akhmat, Victor Moses' goal gave his side a 2-2 draw in a tough encounter against the host.

The hosts took the lead in the 20th minute through Vladimir Iljin who scored a brilliant goal for his side.

Artem Polyarus delivered a good assist for Vladimir Iljin to score his second goal of the match in the 31st minute as Victor Moses and his teammates went into halftime with two goals down.

Spartak Moscow changed their style of play in the second half and they waited until the 54th minute before netting the first goal through Quincy Promes who was assisted by Alex Kral.

Victor Moses scored the equalizing goal in the 83rd minute as he benefited from an assist by Aleksandr Sobolev as Spartak Moscow finished the match with a point.
