Mohammed Kudus has reacted to Ernest Nuamah's permanent move to French giants, Olympique Lyonnais, in the summer transfer window.

The former French giants announced the capture of the Ghanaian forward on a four-year deal fromthe Belgian outfit, RWD Molenbeek.

Nuamah, who joined Lyon last summer on loan after leaving FC Nordsjaelland, was rewarded with a permanent deal following a successful campaign.

Kudus, who also came through the ranks from the Right to Dream to FC Nordsjaelland, took to social media to celebrate the moment with Nuamah.

He posted on X: "They gon see."

The West Ham United star is close friends with the Lyon forward and shares a lot of time with him when they arrive in Ghana for the break.

Both players will leave the country this week to begin pre-season with their respective clubs as the new campaign gets close to commencement.

Last season, Nuamah played a pivotal role as Lyon rose from relegation places to qualify for Europe, scoring three goals in 33 games, per Transfermarkt.

Kudus was also one of the best players for the Hammers last season, scoring 14 goals and delivering six assists across all competitions.

Both players starred as the Black Stars won back-to-back games in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in June.

Lyon confirm signing of Nuamah

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that French giants, Lyon have announced Ernest Nuamah's signing on a permanent deal from Belgium's RWD Molenbeek.

The 20-year-old forward signed a four-year deal to join the Ligue 1 side in the summer transfer window after a successful loan spell in France.

Nuamah arrived at Lyon last summer from former Belgian champions, FC Nordsjaelland, helping them earn a place in European football next season.
