The Three Lions have won once at Euro 2024, in their opening match against Serbia. However, their performances in all the games have been below par.
Wright said the Arsenal superstar could play at left-back because he is a natural left-sided player.
"As great as Saka has done for England in terms of what he creates and his goals and assists, he is a natural left sided player," Wright said via 90min. "If that's going to give you the balance and gets you Cole Palmer in the team, it's something you have to at least look at."
Starting left-back, Luke Shaw has yet to recover from injury, and it is unclear if he will be ready for the knockout stages.
