In a video that has also gone viral on social media, Kvaratskhelia was spotted in Ronaldo's jersey as he celebrated with his coach following their victory.
The dribbling magician scored the opener after two minutes to get the minnows on the front foot before victory was sealed in the second half following a penalty which was converted by Georges Mikautadze.
Georgia will face Spain in the last 16 of the competition while Group F leaders Portugal engage Slovenia.
