The 2024 Euro championships in Germany have now gotten into the business end with only 16 teams left to battle it out for top honours.
Defending champions, Italy, scored late in their decisive group-stage game against Croatia to qualify as runners-up. The likes of Germany and Spain dazzled in their groups.
The eight ties kick off on Saturday, June 29, with Belgium's match against France expected to be the key attraction of the round.
But even as the games get closer, some managers will be scratching their heads on how to replace some of their players who picked up suspensions.

How yellow cards and suspensions work at Euro 2024
A player who gets two yellow cards in any of the games he features in will be suspended for one game. The rule is, however, wiped out after the quarter-finals to ensure that a player doesn't miss the final. The only way a player can miss the final is through a direct red card.
A direct red card, or two bookings in the same game, also carry a one-game suspension, unless UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body decides otherwise, depending on the severity of the offence.
Spain's Rodri was the first player to feel the pinch of the yellow cards rule after he was booked against Croatia and Italy. The Manchester City midfielder was, however, grateful that the La Roja had already booked their place in the Round of 16. He is thus available for Spain's clash against Georgia in the knock-out phase.

Luciano Spaletti will have to do without his fast-rising defender, Riccardo Calafiori, who was booked against Croatia. The Bologna star, who supplied the assist for the crucial Mattia Zaccagni goal, also picked up a yellow card in their first game against Albania. Italy play Switzerland on June 29.
Another defender who will sit out of the Round of 16 action is Jonathan Tah. The Bayer Leverkusen centre-back has partnered Antonio Rudiger at the heart of the hosts' defence, but his cards against Scotland and Switzerland will see him miss the game against Denmark.
