Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen was one of the high-profile personalities that attended the wedding of Nigerian musician Davido.

In a video shared on social media, Osimhen met the newly married man as they shared a special moment at the wedding. Davido confessed that he was star-struck to meet the Napoli forward.

Davido, known in real life as David Adeleke, is known for several hit records including his recent table-charting song Available off the Timeless Album. He has been dating his partner Chioma for a long time but the couple decided to settle down as husband and wife this year.

Meanwhile, Osimhen returned to Nigeria following the end of a long season, which was ravaged by injuries as Napoli failed to defend their Serie A title.

The African Footballer of the Year is however attracting interest from several clubs across Europe with Arsenal and PSG named as possible suitors.

Despite the struggles in the recently concluded season, Osimhen bagged 15 goals and delivered three assists in 25 Serie A games, per Transfermarkt.

The in-demand forward scooped the award as the continent's best player at the glittering gala held in Morocco at the end of last year.

Osimhen spent a brief time in Nigeria before and after the Africa Cup of Nations as the Super Eagles finished the tournament in Ivory Coast as runners-up.
