The wrestling world has been plunged into mourning following the tragic death of WWE legend, Sika Anoa'i.
Anoa'i is understood to have passed away on Tuesday, June 25, aged 79.
His death has since been confirmed by Reigns, who is one of Anoa'i's sons, with the wrestler taking to X to mourn his dad.
In his post, the 39-year-old described his late father as a mentor who 'had profound impact on my entire family.'

"My family and I thank everyone for the outpouring of support in the name of my father, Pola'ivao Leati Sika Anoa’i, who will forever be remembered as one half of The Wild Samoans tag team," he posted.
"My father had a profound impact on my entire family and we are forever grateful for the foundation he built for us. There’s no way to fill the void left by his passing but my sisters and I will do our best to represent him and his legacy. Rest in Power, Dad. We love you," he added.
According to ESPN, the Anoa'i family tree is one of the most iconic in the history of wrestling.
The long-running 'Bloodline' includes Reigns, a former WWE champion, as well as many other figures in both WWE and other promotions.

At the time, Bleacher reports that he teamed up with his brother, Afa, to form the iconic 'Wild Samoans'.
Their fearsome team became a major force in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The Wild Samoans went on to capture the WWF World Tag Team Championship an impressive three times.
Their legacy was cemented with their 2007 induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.
